The Bayliss company has been supplying high quality equipment and services in the
Oil & Gas Industry in Australia for over 60 years.

Started by James Bayliss in 1954, J Bayliss International Pty Ltd commenced operation in Australia and South- East Asia. Then, it was the only oilfield equipment supply business in Australia, SE Asia and South Pacific. The day oil was found in Rough Range West Australia, Jim Bayliss was there selling Hughes Tool Company drilling bits.

About the Owner

Bayliss Energy, operated by Jim’s son, Bruce (pictured) has been operating in the Energy Industry since January 1983. Prior to this, our family company, J Bayliss International Pty Ltd was merged with Brambles Transport division, Bramco Supply from January 1981 until December 1982 when it was closed
